How do we select?

We select pieces according to aesthetics, quality, seasonality, and style. We give you a selling price including all taxes, and if you agree to said price, the item is accepted on consignment. A consignment contract is issued, stating the terms & conditions, the duration of the consignment, the list of items consigned, as well as the price that will be paid to the consignor.

A consignment lasts 2 months, and it is not possible to collect the item during the consignment period. At the end of this period, you have 7 days to pick up your unsold items (with your own bags), and 6 months to recover your payment, if applicable. If unsold items are not collected within 7 days, they are donated free of charge to the charity of our choice. If you cannot come and pick them up yourself, you can specify the name of the person who will come in your place, in the field provided for this purpose in the calendar.

Your payment will be 50% of the sale price including all taxes (for instance: jeans sold for 40€ including tax, you receive 20 € and YALLÄ keeps 20 €). You are not impacted by the VAT, we pay for it with our part of the commission. Payment is made by check at the end of the sale period, during the Pick-up appointment.

For luxury or haute couture items, a special commission is applied, depending on their nature, quality and market value.

Sought-after pieces are seasonal or timeless, recent or vintage. Items must be new or in excellent condition, and are either luxury, designer or original/iconic, less than three years old except for iconic accessories that are always timeless (always in immaculate condition).

YALLÄ does not practice sales, as this would go against the responsible consumption approach that is advocated. On the other hand, in certain cases, prices can be lowered reasonably (towards the end of a consignment for instance).

If an item is sold, we do not send a notification, and we do not send a reminder that the consignment is ending. You will however receive an email with all the necessary information to manage your consignment on your own at the end of the initial Drop-off appointment, summarizing the information also given to you orally during the appointment.

If you have any doubts, you can send pictures to, or bring your bags to the appointment, we will help you sort your clothes out.
